ImBox is a West Swedish company aiming to create the world’s simplest digital customer service system. ImBox wanted to ensure that everyone using their chatbots, FAQs, and other support tools enjoys the same positive experience as an in-person visit. To achieve this, they asked us to develop a new brand platform and visual identity that clearly communicates their goals and mission. 
 
The result is the brand promise "Customer relations made easy," supported by a playful and adaptable identity that can be tailored to various situations and aligned with each client's brand. 
 
The color palette balances calm and energy, combining purple and mint green with softer pastels.
