When our client Allevi, one of Sweden's leading e-health companies, decided to further develop their digital service Aiai, their vision extended beyond a mere technical update. They saw an opportunity to redefine the entire personal assistance industry and improve daily life for those working in healthcare and social care.
Ahead of the launch of the new Aiai, we conducted several workshops with Allevi. This brand strategy work resulted in a new positioning, a clear promise, an updated brand platform, and a visual identity that more closely aligns with the parent company. We also introduced Ainstein—a friendly and engaging mascot designed to highlight the platform's features and support users in their work.
