Wioniq unites expertise from Sweden, the Netherlands, Finland, and France — bringing together operational control, IoT innovation, and automation excellence under one purpose. Through close collaboration, Start (a part of More Alliance) defined a brand platform that positions Wioniq as a forward-thinking leader: blending visionary guidance with accessible, actionable intelligence.
At its heart: making complexity intuitive, enabling smarter decisions, and driving measurable impact for a more sustainable future.
In a close strategic partnership, Wioniq and More Alliance worked in agile, cross-functional teams with clearly defined roles and responsibilities. Together we identified shared goals and turned them into concrete actions through workshops, advisory sessions, and a phased roadmap. Each step was prioritized based on business needs and supported by continuous project management, weekly check-ins, and transparent collaboration – ensuring progress aligned with both strategic ambition and operational goals.
This was a full-service delivery – from brand strategy and identity to communication and production. We created Wioniq’s new name, brand architecture, visual identity, and brand voice, supported by presentation materials and a launch film. The brand was introduced both internally and externally to clarify purpose, engage employees, and establish credibility in a highly competitive market. Several initiatives within More Alliance – identity, web, digital performance, and sales promotion – were run in parallel to accelerate progress.
To support the launch and growth journey, a new web platform was developed by More Alliance with a full-scale UX and design solution. In parallel, we continuously developed design systems, illustration styles, and visual frameworks for all digital touchpoints, including the Wioniq IQ platform – ensuring a coherent and scalable experience that supports the brand promise of simplicity. Ongoing work also includes a career site and onboarding materials to strengthen Wioniq’s employer brand and attract new talent.
Wioniq addresses a diverse and complex target group with different needs across a long sales funnel. With this in mind, we built a content strategy that now guides the development of articles, LinkedIn posts, press releases, and sales materials – supported by PR efforts to reach the right audiences and build recognition in the market.
Today, Wioniq monitors tens of thousands of assets across Europe – helping municipalities, utilities, and companies reduce environmental impact, cut costs, and make smarter decisions with data. With a unified identity, a clearly defined brand strategy, and a design system ready for activation, Wioniq is no longer four companies — it’s one brand, leading the way to a more sustainable future.
